Some guys told me to run Poorjoys Asylum, but forgot to ask him to which lvl I should run that.

Anyone knows?

up to you, you can level to 100 with poorjoy, the thing is to find a good runner and you have to be super fast with your char to be able to follow up

Heists will make you a large amount of consistent currency with bad luck, and insane currency with decent luck. Easy to get into and understand. Unusual gems grand heists are pretty great, and even the most expensive alternate quality gems can be found in mid-level grand heists.
