tried chancing once, gave up after 2k chance

they have added 3-4 new unique leather belts in the last couple leagues so they are decreasing the odds on purpose

Most likely not how it works, since hh is t0 unique.
The new uniques most likely spread out the lower tiers, you are assuming they all have the same % to roll, and they dont, they are weighted by tiers.

If there was a t0 belt added, then it would reduce HH chance.

I tried chancing before in SSF, it's the least fun content in the game lol. But I'm glad some people do it for elder headhunters and the like

skyforth is the only chanceable unique for that base but being a t1 it's a pain in the ass to get, i remember that when i got my shaper+redeemer one back in delirium the price of the prophecy (by buying divination cards) was just a couple exalted more than the price of the regular version so i went with it.
