like crafting my own gear and not trade for everything

level 94 on my second char - died at 91 first time. still found zero exalts

This league taught me so much about crafting. Even non harvest crafting I learned through this season. Alt regal spamming etc. I think the game needs more deterministic crafting to allow a better ssf experience

anyone that knows crafting well loves harvest
anyone that doesn't - be it cause they are dumb or just dont wanna bother with knowing stuff that the game developers don't even know hates harvest

harvest pushes this game closer to single player than ever before

my big problem with harvest is it forces you to use 3rd party websites and programs to figure it out. not a single person knows or understand crafts in depth without using poedb or craft of exile.

That's a PoE problem in general, not just a harvest problem. I started in metamorph and I wanted to quit the game because there was no explanation of anything or how to progress.

both of you are so right , POEdb/CoE are so important for getting your rolls right
ive crafted most all of my gear so far , i used to have to buy most all my gear before

normally crafting your own gear is more expensive than just buying what you need, but with harvest its free exalts and annuls that are targeted so even though you are 'spending' a lot it doesn't feel like it cause they aren't a physical currency.

i rather enjoy making my own its kinda like finding gear and if i just traded for it i would have crafts i couldnt sell/use
