i think the limiting factor will remain the cd of spellslinger not the attack which triggers it.

there are many different variations atm.. so i cant tell whats best.. even the inpulsa seems to be a waste of currency with the new Abyssal Cry / Infernal Cry gem.

Looks to me that they just changed numbers around, nerfed a lot of stuff to be on closer on par with other non-fotm builds. That is unless something slipped by (like herald stacking) and we haven't found it yet.

Was looking forward to brands, such a shame that now they don't look viable for serious builds like they were building it up to be.
