you can easily get 24% es 45%+ damage with 3 passive points u saved

2 x 7 passive + LArge cluster will get the build to "function" doesn't feel good until 3x 5 passive voices and your like level 90ish starting to fill out jewel slots and have unnatural instinct

Your right but it will be much better later. Also much much more with Voices (3) etc. But yeah op should do ok with 2 x Voices (7) and 1 large cluster with 2 jewel slots.

I mean I have about 50 ex saved up so I'm not terrible for currency but I don't want to invest any more ex into the build unless I'm doing something specifically wrong.

I'm running the belt I got atm cause it gives me 75 chaos res.

pretty sure the build doesn't really feel great until like 150ex deep
