u just need to run in circles in last phase and stay as close to him as possible, thats the easiest way to dodge beam, and ofc buy corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you jewel

"die" beam stacks bleeds on you instantly so you need to mitigate that - either be good at flasking or get a jewel with corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you
or there are a few other items that give you immunity to bleed damage that you might be able to work in

he says "die" every time so you have an a couple instants to react to it, just worry about avoiding instead of dps'ing. So many people get sucked in thinking OH I GOT HIM and they just try to get that last second of dps in to end it, and they end up getting stomped.
easiest way to avoid it is to go through him when he says die. he can track side to side a little bit while doing the beam but never turns around.

the spiral lasers stack heavy slowing debuffs on you as well, so make sure you are not getting bogged down in those beams.
