10% to some people does mean a lot and they'd rather put in the effort to message people for sales. Not everyone has exalts upon exalts, and some don't have the playtime to generate that income.

Just offering a separate point of view

10-25% is not that bad when it makes it easier to sell and you can sell items while you are doing runs. Also, it will take the headache away from trying to buy and getting alot of ignores. I highly doubt there would be close to a 25% fee anyways.

But they have the playtime to mass message for 1 item? People that have little playtime hate this trade system because of that, it takes time away from them actually playing the game.

Mass messaging literally takes a max of 5 minutes to copy/paste from the Poe trade website. It gives you a copy and paste message to send the buyer.

Until you’re selling a very specific item or looking for a specific item to min max. I’d take 25% cut everyday selling that 200 ex item or buying a 200 ex item instead of waiting. I’ve almost always overpaid for my build/gear because waiting for that one afk guy is a pita. But you probably have never reached end game poe to understand that.

You're right, I haven't reached end game Poe, but I asked a simple question if people would be ok taking a percentage cut as that would most likely result in an instant sale.

Also I might add, most people don't just casually toss away 10-25% of 200 ex. From what I've seen most don't ever get to 200 ex unless tgey have years invested.

My bow character is like 10 mirrors invested in league.. I took a 20% loss selling a watcher's eye 3 days ago because its been up there for so long. So yes, MOST people would take that big of a loss selling items that high priced.
