If you can somehow get shaper elder and guardian parts itll be great. Otherwise a humdrum league.

Better if they waited for 4.0 for something like this. But supposedly they are coming out with a pretty great league idea for 4.0.

Also there will be another superleague in between 3.9 and 4.0 im pretty sure while we wait for stuff to be finalized.

cause they have gone through the super complex spreadsheet leagues and those didn't work out at all so they are running out of fresh ideas to keep it simple so they'll need to start reusing bits from other leagues
