Playing standart mostly because

Lack of time during league start
Hate leveling / atlas / crafting bench progression
Playing mf windripper 150 iiq and can chain t16 content with it feels great for me and i enjoy doing it ( crafted / linked / ench every item myself )
Can currently play around 0-3h per day

the people who play standard are like the people who play nl in diablo 2


not very good at the game but like to show off the items they paid money for

And acting like they are superior at pvp because they use duped op items

yes because good items can only be bought for $

your guild is full of the idiots that spend thousands of real $ on gear (or fg) for their 'fair dueling' characters, you don't have much room to talk

I honestly believe that your knowledge about all these guilds makes your case even worse.
I like how it's easy for you to make assumptions about literally hundreds of thousands of people but you can't take an attack without making it personal. I find a lot of irony in there.

People play whatever the fuck they want. If you start putting your nose into it, it's quite obvious that you have too much time in your hands.
For myself, I play one every 2 leagues or so and don't usually reach higher than a dozen challenges. Not because I don't like the game enough, not because I "work too much", not because I play other games (even though any of these reasons and all others are good) but because I prioritize being with my friends and going out instead. I enjoy my life with fresh air rather than pixels. Now I'm not saying that anyone who plays a league has no life. We just spend our time differently and that's all right.

tl;dr

my knowledge of those guilds comes from them being the laughing stock of the realm for many many years, if you pvped in d2 then you would know
