if you mean you can't unlink them? yes you can, but you have to ask support to migrate your account, there is no button to press and its done.
I've got 300+ games on steam and tons of wallet + thousands in cs go skins so using steam for poe is easier as far as any mtx i want. Never have to actually spend $.

I also never experience any of the lag/drops that so many people complain about, whether it has to do with steam or not.. why mess with a good thing.
