There will always be 3rd party selling as long as it's possible.
Just don't take the game as a work and you might enjoy it a bit more.

I definitely need a break from the game myself but I have to at least try the legion when it launches.

3rd party sellers always been and will always be here.
concerning builds, nothing difference. 3-4 builds are viable, the other are sub optimal and can't compete but can give you some fun
