good base crafting boots that is all there to it, unless that boots hit 300-400 ES and movement speed.

I would take MS over ES on most builds so I guess those would be the best boots available assuming you manage to get 35ms with two t1 ES rolls

very, very good. esp on hc. still, there is room for improvements! says alot about how insane synthesis gear is.
However, in this particular thread, it goes to prove how damn godly OP:s sorc boots are (his arcanists arent even close (talking about base)) - but perhaps that was your enitire point

exactly my point, im in the process of hoarding some dense/shudderings in an attempt to make the boot worthy of its implicits...

I'd imagine even in standard these will hold its own as mirror(s) item with the good enough roll. Cause tbh, if nexus/fractureds go core (which i do believe tho), I bet it will be significantly harder to acquire such base from an already very hard level. I don't believe there's many like these (tri implicits) on the league, maybe a handful / 10-20s?
