this patch is literal dogshit.

all the strongest build this league will be self cast / channeling ES leech builds.

betrayal's strongest bulds were already CI occultist Molten strike, and glutton of elements BV.

what the fuck kind of balance changes are these. it just kills build diverstiy

Melee might as well no longer exist.

Will Necromancers have no cooldown on this? I did see and changes to the class.

Ice Trap

Circles now have a 20-25% larger radius.
Now deals 88 to 133 Cold damage at gem level 1 (from 67 to 101) and 898 to 1347 Cold damage at gem level 20 (from 579 to 869).
Now has an added damage effectiveness of 150% (from 90%).


This is really a buff

It’s not you. For breaches, it’s insanely good. But for full clearing map, Meh. I hated not having enough mana with the triple herald spider version to fully cast 12 stacks at the beginning of maps.

But it’s good news for me cuz I crafted some mirror worthy WOrb gear.
