1080p resolution would be my main attraction for this patch

Median xl is like playing D2 single player with drop mod etc etc

i mean, the graphics may be similar since its a d2 mod, but the playstyle and complexity of the game is far better than even path of exile imo
and the trading website is pretty active, easy to buy/sell items

why would i play d3 or d2? d3 is and always has been hot dog shit and d2 while one of my all time fav games is now quite dated compared to the glory that is poe!

This. If they ever make new content, which proberly never happen, i return at once to d2.
For now continue with PoE. Still keeping my d2 chars alive by returning once in 90 days but not to play.

dude... new content is median, you get more content for "diablo2" there than you have on poe, have you ever tried it? it's the best PvE game for diablo2 fans



i don't know for how long you haven't played, but marco changes the skill trees every patch, adds new uniques with new mechanics and new ubers and late game content
this update in specific will be the biggest update ever, with engine changes to the old diablo2, which will allow for a bunch of new stuff, including new areas, new UI, pickit, "maphack", new mechanics that weren't possible before etc... theres a trailer on the MXL website but still no patch notes

I played median xl for a really long time about four years ago when the new developer started on it and was making it great again. It was a blast.

Im not too hyped about sigma though. Im burned out of that game as well. I know what they're trying to do with it and its okay, but might send the drug dogs sniffing over like laz always feared. He hasent touched the game or made a single post on the forums in years which is why I stopped playing.
