To offer a mirror service you HAVE to OWN the base item..
If they are not banned then GGG is involved.
Not to mention one of the companies that used to offer this service used to belong to the guy they sold 10% of the company to..
For example right now there are 2 mirrored demon shroud vaal regalia's on poetrade.
A rmt site offers a mirror service for this item.
This is logically impossible aside from 2 circumstances:
1) GGG is involved.
2) GGG just does not care at all about rmt.

I think its more likely they are involved given how fast the rmter's get up and running in a new league.
