not sure if troll but if ur serious

main skill should be on KB, not mouse
get a decent mousepad and mouse feet so it slides smooth and doesn't drag, also get a mouse whose shape is comfortable for ur hand, so you don't grip in some awkward position. possibly the most important factor
do stretch and mobility exercises for ur wrist/fingers
eat clean for healthy joints

I never have issues even after very long sessions, I have relatively strong grip tho from calisthenics training, that helps a lot as well as forearm stength...

thanks for the tips, ill try with these exercizes mentioned here, as i said ive only ever had issues in poe, and while asking around it seems quite a lot of other people have issues with hands only in poe too. Probably just adds up to it all from other games too, also ive always used main skill on right click as it was the most comfortable for me

As for mouse, i do have a pretty decent zowie mouse and it feels quite comfortable for me to use it generally, thought maybe its simply not the best one to use for poe? not sure, all i know is its comfy! I havent done any arm/hand strength excersizes before, never felt like i needed to, when it comes to exercizing im mostly just running or doing stuff for general stamina and core strength, i eat fairly good food too.

Maybe im just getting too old for this!

I only have problems with poe too... I started using the keyboard more, wich helped me alot.

Q - movement skill
W - walk
E - main attack
R - skill that I only throw occacionally (like totem when leveling)

I changed to keyboard too, i always used Q to walk tho :D i tried to completely abandon right click in poe, though using it a little bit is not a problem for me.

I did try some excersizes mentioned here + a cream for reducing pain, i have to say pain did lessen up after them! im currently not in pain and after playing with keyboard keys, it seems its gonna stay that way :D ill consider myself cured!

Taking 1 year to heal sounds pretty annoying though! guess i gotta do something in poe to put more strain on my other hand, for now ill try massage with oil/cream and see if that helps after some time, thanks for help
