they were only 'tough' until you use a 4 link+
then they all die so fast it gets buggy.

I figured this out by accident before reading about this, but I started skipping Syndicate Laboratories around Level 50 or so. I'm now Level 82 and have a 6L armor and decided to try some out in a +5 map, and got absolutely wrecked by it. Now I'm stuck having to deal with them until another Laboratory pops up so I can start skipping them altogether again.

Part of it is having some pretty mediocre gear still, and part of it is the FPS drops I get. I'm one of the people who gets stuck about once every map and has to reset the game, due to massive FPS drops for no apparent reason. But honestly, I still think they are somewhat overtuned. I can nuke 10+ map bosses without issue right now and I can barely do a Syndicate mission. It's frustrating.

it works for any zone you find it in, so literally just go run through low level zones til you find one. Run t1 channels or something for humility cards.

I'm just casually running in to them while mapping, seeing for the moment which I can complete and which ones I'm struggling with. Although I may do that I'd the experience penalty for death starts to be an issue with it. I'm only in the low 80s right now and it isn't too bad.

My FPS issues have almost driven me crazy enough to get a new PC. However, I've seen countless threads regarding it for a couple of years now, including one this week from someone with a Ryzen 2700X and RTX 2080 having unplayable FPS drops, so I'm rather discouraged by that.

Anyway, got off tangent there, Thanks for the protip!

My syndicate battles are a battle of the glass cannons. One side will win in 3 seconds.
