For bosses it's the curse effect.

For trash, they die on the first hit so you essentially never heal.

Relying purely on flasks for leech as a non pathfinder is no bueno.

If I can get some of those focus mods on std, then yea maybe.

Unfortunately the veiled mods are not shared across leagues for some reason.

That would work but it'd be hard to top off my current amulet. Also that veiled mod is for when you have focus active which is for 4 seconds I think? And then a 12 second cooldown.

It's iffy.

4 sec uptime every 12 sec. 8 sec downtime, cd starts as u use it i'd imagine skill effect duration effecting that as well as cooldown reduction. like i said stopgap not permanent XD unless you can figure a way to work in the full focus buff or multiple instances (shock nearby for 2 sec when focused for eg) to really min-max and swap around stuff

Doing Scion Deadeye / elementalist with CwC Ice spear

WO CwC Ice spear GMP ( switch to lmp when deadeye ascended ) Added cold Cold pen

Deadeye for pierce on first phase of ice spear and +1 proj, bleeding imunity is cool too.

Elementalist for ele reflect imunity

Only 52 but the clear is good and single target is just crazy.

To calculate the real dps (because the skill isn't based on cast rate, but hit rate) the formula is: Avg Dmg * hit rate * # of projectiles. So I'm getting about 2.8 mil shaper dps with flask up. (Maybe a bit less when projectiles miss).

Add to that about 550k dps from the fire burst procs.

Here's a video example of the build in action:
