gc mine is cheap as fuck, its just an annoying playstyle and if you have a "gotta go fast" mentality like me, you wont enjoy it much gems are sold in act6 now, almost all of them, so thats never a problem. for everything else check the build guides of major streamers !

what classes uses cyclone coc and flicker?

i would suggest avoid flicker cause delves hate it i cant talk about coc cause im really not an expert, due to my computer being slow af, i cant afford to play coc and have zero experience with it

Three alternatives.
Although flicker isn't grrat with Delve, perhaps throw in something like Blade flurry on switch since you now can have other binds on weapon switch.
