Only reason you go Scion is for the Might of Meek crit multi. It's worth the investment. But what you lose out on is:

early game Scion SUCKS
Scion end game damage only slightly surpasses Sabo
Scion does not get chain reaction so you have to invest in trap radius via jewels. This is a lot of points lost

End of the day, the benefits of Scion are shit due to the investments required. To make it beat out sabo you need a 10ex jewel.

Go sabo. Also I made this build last league in Delve, cleared all content. Was fun but the clear was shit. I made Arc Trap 4 link to clear maps.
