his standard legacy version does 1 discharge-coc-proc per 0.5sec or so, with short cyclone, based on travelspeed instead of attack speed
instead of ones per 0.15sec

he use mjolner, whit Cyclone, a skill that can trigger cospirs
his mjolner-discharge and his coc-discharge proc at the same time, and therefore not trigger, sicne no powercharges

he link blade vortex to CoC, a skill that only require 1 cast per second or so, not ones per 0.15sec



makes it a pureshitbuild, based upon 3.4CoC-cooldown, and based on bad-gear-picks

1. make a character (i suggest ascendant or assassin)
2. get a vagan dagger (unsure how to get one in new league tho since vagan "disappeared" )
3. slap on a tabula/5-link
4. bladeflurry+cast on crit+inc crits+arc+light pen
5. farm maps until you can afford proper gear

get as much attack speed/crit/life on tree as possible
Assassin should be super easy to start with but ascendant will be better in end game imo
Considering we don't know how to get vagan weapons anymore and lycosidae will be extremely expensive this league due to stat stick nerf and coc buff, you could use something like ornament of the east for leveling
OR just get attack speed/crit dagger with some spell mods and spec into accuracy

End game goal should be cospris+lycosidae or dw cospris
most cold spells should work but vortex has a cooldown and ice spear might be bad with melee builds since it won't transform to second form before hitting
so most likely GC on 6-link, ice nova/freeze pulse on weapons
You could keep arc in coc setup and use GC in weapons


OR you could build coc with wands/bows
for example the tempest with barrage+ball lightning+arc

No matter what you do though, CoC is great for map clear but starts to fall of in end game. It is possible to do uber elders etc. but it's not really meant for that stuff

e/ for early leveling use self cast arc/traps/wut ever until you get a high crit weapon and at least a 4-link for coc
if you never played coc before it might be safest to just level with self cast until you get second lab and get the assassin power charge passives and then start running coc

It's due to the ring he has he can discharge at full power charge 6 meow meow and 10 coc per second including the cdr reduction timers.


It's more of a tanky build than a full dps one.

I've seen it in action. It's admirable perhaps it's not fully updated yet.

He did say it's work in progress to update to 3.5.

You need to inspect his current. Actual character sheet to see what am talking about. Or you know pm him.

You see in delve they release a discharge ring wherr if you gain a power charge there's chance to get maximum at 30%

Idk tbh. I haven't played coc nor discharge before. I just seen this one works pretty well.

ones a build cost over 100ex, mostly means, buildmakers not understand a single shit about the build they play
