These item mods do not come with gem penalties, new snake pit is broken.

I think this will be bis bow for fast map clears, chin sol on switch for boss deletion.

When this bow had GMP, it never gave a penalty.. it'll be the same for volley.

Just the way the game works, gems have downsides, the ability itself doesn't.

This bow has "internal" Greater Volley support gem right ? It would include a less multiplier like GMP... or in-between LMP & GMP.
Like a level 20 GV no qual, thats what i know about the game.

/e: The only explanation is "Greater Volley" is exclusive skill and simply does not including a damage penalty, and this will probably the case else this bow would be a shit.

It is not an internal skill gem, it just gives the skill.
It has no downside.
