Do people buy accounts like this with the intention to scam?

So far almost every trade this league has been done with someone who has an account like OP.
I just ask them to go first and I'm not sure I have to say it because all of them seem to do it anyways.

Maybe they wait until more posts then name change and do one big scam? Or maybe #Reformed?
