depends if you want to farm uber elder / shaper or just t16 maps
for t16 maps the best build would be wander, but stuff like reave, arc totems, poet's pen or even ice shot builds work just as well
with enough currency invested they can all easily do shaper and uber elder as well

RT cyclone is a great build. If you like whilybarb, you'll like that build. Lot of people dont like whirlwind builds, though.
