Long stretches of sitting without moving / shaking the body out makes the circulation go to shit, which is the reason for a lot of illness today. Move around, dont sit for too long, take regular walks (not only 1 per day, walk around every few hours or so), breath some fresh, drink water and and eat healthy things.
Or drink a lot of beer, makes u need to go to the toilet frequent and u will have to go to the frigde to get a new one aswell.
