in poe, they might just be the ones i appreciate the most. they're fast, efficient, they almost never afk or don't answer, and they get straight to the point when trading. also they're usually polite and friendly.

Have to agree. Only ever had one bad experience where a Russian joined my hideout then started running my map. Otherwise, they're the best traders out there. In fact, I've been going out of my way to pay it forward and be extra nice to Russians.
Normally, when mapping I try to be as efficient as possible and often ignore trade requests for items less than 1 ex in value if they come at an inconvenient time (e.g. just entered a new map). However, if I see the guy's name is something like 'суперрусскийпидор', I'll instantly invite him and trade him, even if it's for a 1c item.
