45%faster start of es recharge nice occulist tanky

All I can see here is bleed immunity for CI and some conditional +3% max res. Nothing to be excited about. 400 ES rare is better unless that max res can be perm.

the golden rule jewel could be used to maintain perm self poison. but thats basically all you would get from it as a ci character.

the shield is pretty shitty and i dont see it being used on any build

hmm coud be used... basicly with outher items u can go for perma posion and 85% all ele resistance and while ci is chaos imune u shoud be prety tank ... but ye i woud go for a rare 1 over this anytime

this shield seems too chinese for my taste

not having spell damage, crit chance or even just high es/resists on the shield, as well as needing other items to combo with the new unique, thats already too much downside to having +3% maximum resists...

does that "add # to # chaos dmg" apply to attacks only? or everything
