Idk mang, you seem overly obsessive about others, whereby you call "stupidity"... As mentioned before, You can freely talk about D2jsp, ingame or forum gold, There's no official rules stating not to otherwise. As long as you don't trade with fg on your associated PoE account.
The only occasion you'll get banned is where someone trades with you, with verbal confirmation during the jsp trade with screenshots emailing Ggg support, or a either side confession with evidence or live stream video evidence during the act. . (This situations will make both players banned, (Mule And main account & Visible IP shared etc))
Fyi, Ggg has NO ruling over trades at all. You can scam and swaps item lookalikes in And out as you wish, or borrow Any kind of gear without return/ currency or even ransack a guild stash with
little consequences.
As long as the confirmation is accepted by the players its considered a done deal, good nor bad. No matter how morally corrupt it is.
Little - if you do trade swap in and outs and anger the reddit community to cause a ggg knee jerk you'll get punished. Est 200 upvotes?
Ps If you were wondering who, I reported your original post, due to hypocrisy, If you believe D2jsp is to be discrete, you should not name and shame /possibly releasing a jsp'ers ign.
