hard to put a price on such thing but yea around that is what i see its real value as given how many mods can spawn in daggers.
As far as its value, I think this is a fair assessment. Although I will tell you, and you can go see my thread over at GGG, that crafting this dagger cost me ~700 exalts. Wands/Daggers are by far the hardest weapons to craft due to the sheer number of prefix/suffix they can roll.
