when you open POB, in ITEMS section you have a button ( Trade for those items) you choose the item for the upgrade, and AI is doing magic
, after that you can set manually higher weight for new item in poe.trade website
for that second ring you see replacements like:
Item Class: Rings
Rarity: Rare
Dusk Whorl
Cogwork Ring
--------
Requirements:
Level: 65
--------
Item Level: 86
--------
-1 Prefix Modifier allowed (implicit)
+1 Suffix Modifier allowed (implicit)
Implicit Modifiers Cannot Be Changed (implicit)
25% increased Suffix Modifier magnitudes (implicit)
--------
180% reduced Mana Regeneration Rate (fractured)
38% reduced Cast Speed
+65% to Global Critical Strike Multiplier
-115 to maximum Mana
+88% to Chaos Resistance
-16% of Damage taken Recouped as Mana
+94 to maximum Life (crafted)
Regenerate 8.4 Mana per second (crafted)
--------
Mirrored
--------
Split
--------
Fractured Item
65d on website atm etc
you can copy each item from trade site and paste to your pob to see changes, its like -3% total dps and +21k ehp
its just example you can find even better and cheaper ones
Dude that is legit, totally forgot about it! This is definitely being underused, no question.

Ahhh that might be something.
Regarding the light of meaning, I mostly only need the chaos res for simulacrum anyway. It's otherwise manageable I guess.
Vuln on hit is probably the best choice fwiw. Also, could switch your life flask to a tincture. Looks like you have bleed immunity on 2 flasks. -mana cost on chest is your biggest dmg upgrade no question though. Something like this might come at a talent tree pathing adjustment (stun immunity), so if you aren't interested, you could do something else, but I'd check POE ninja - some of your pathing is definitely unique based on the heat map (no one really takes Vaal Pact that I can see but if you like it you like it).

Also, why no stampede? Cyclone of tumult gives you bigger returns for longer channel at the cost of -movement speed. The stampede completely negates the downside. If you don't want to run stampede, you'd be best to run standard cyclone I think.
Beauty though man, some nice gear, you did well.
Cyclone of tumult slayer is actually the build I league started as, but started a week late and only played a few days. My personal advice is now that you have the currency, switch to a more end-game build, unless you absolutely love it. Not sure on prices this league, but I think there is probably more supply and demand for "normal" builds since IIQ was removed. Find a gg build and sink some currency, you've earned it
Armor stacker is super fun and the sky is the limit, but what I really enjoyed was int stacking trickster with ephemeral edge - insanely tanky with good dmg. Unfortunately it's pretty meta, especially for farming voided maps etc., but it is for good reason
