98% chance to hit (can fix with accuracy roll anywhere)
100% crit chance
100% spell crit
~10mil dps tentative damage without added things on gear or bonus ascendancy stuff OR trigger bot -% dmg calculated +% added
*flow untethered/torrent might be bis because you get a ton of stuff you need*

once you hit the 128% cdr you can just get as much IAS as you need (rings gloves every jewel dual cospri with 14% rolls)

just gotta adjust as you go

could be competitive

what would the life cost per spell be?

could offset it with some mass regen maybe?

idk im not a build maker by any means

an absolutely absurd amount

you're looking at: 418 mana per second for: 15 ice novas, 7.32 cps frostbolt, 7.32 cps frostbolt, cyclone PRIOR to the double mana cost

so 418-46(cyclone mana per second) = 372*2 = 744 mana per second for your triggers
