literally failing some ultimatums and I dont know the reason

I just have to stay alive and after 5-6 rounds, I fail it and I havent died, not running outside the circle or something

Yea there's 3 options that can cause ruin.

get 7 stacks of ruin and its insta fail... like it says in game.
it shows up as a debuff as well as icon over your character

no, below your buffs is a row of debuffs, generally things like curses/slows/ruin go there, the ruin stacks up to 7 times if you don't dodge the hit/spell you get a stack or 2 depending on what you have for ultimatum mods
