i dont see how even at level 100 u can fill that 3rd voices.

my dps seems small.

Why do you have the dreamer node? you have 4 passives allocated there, +4
also you have a socket on the left hand side allocated and we need all the points you can get. +2
You have Alira Bandit, need to switch to get 2 more passives +2
make sure all your passive quests are done
make sure you have uber lab done, you're missing 2 points here +2
remove leadership node for another point +1
going right side of the cluster saves you 1 point, you're going a path that cost 8 points but you could be doing it for 7 +1
remove aura effect node at sovereignty, 35% effect + 6% non-curse effect is better so you fill these first +1


You mana reserve is low, cant run grace, I suggest you get helm enchant with rmr or you can run ichimonji instead of Neb, search on poe.ninja
your clarity is very high level which drains your mana reserve, need to adjust

I just filled passives for now until i level more. I didnt plan on leaving those nodes activated.

so im level 94 now,
added a few things.
Im not sure why im still so low DPS at 6.1 MIL spark
Im not even sure im using POB correctly to figure out the true DPS.

The build i looked at are like 20 mil DPS.
idk what im doing wrong (in game, or POB)

You are missing FAE in every single cluster, so that's roughly 25% effectiveness off the start.
No alternate quality gems, so you aren't at 90% pen, no bottled faith for 10% more dmg a 15/20 nebulis, instead of 20/20 nebulis, if you cut all these corners expect less dmg than the people who didn't.
There's more, like level 20 instead of 21 spark, etc, but you get the point, half assed builds get half assed dmg.

Well, i do know the prices, considering I have a CI spark aura that's actually built correctly, at 112m dps.

The most expensive part of your build is your jewels which you rolled incorrectly, priced at roughly 450ex for the bases of them. (IL84+ 6 passive)

the build is worth about 1 mirror max, thats including all woke gems at max value.
