unless they come up with remove mana cant get rid of it

You can gamble with harvest with:

Remove a random non-Chaos modifier from an item and add a new Chaos modifier (could remove all but Non-Chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage)
or
Remove a random non-Speed modifier from an item and add a new Speed modifier(could remove all but attack speed)
or
Remove a random non-Attack modifier from an item and add a new Attack modifier(could remove all but attack speed and hit's cant be evaded).


If you wan't crit you can also gamble with:
Remove a random non-Critical modifier from an item and add a new Critical modifier

You'd get a chance to remove mana, but you'll also get other mods you might not want.

just noticed -> Item Level: 72

like others said, don't craft on this base, you can get ilvl 86 influenced base that already has 50% od mods you need for 10~20 chaos.

clearly you need help, and that is the first step in helping you
just hoping you happened to unveil the hits cannot be evaded and didnt actually craft it on there yourself

This item is not a good crafting base my friend, if ssf I would just use it as is and search for a better base.
