Read on reddit that occy (maybe awakened curse on hit) because u can curse hexproof enemies, when u gain hexproof from a rare, temp chains just applies when u attack again

if you gain hexproof from an hh mod that means untill that buff expires you cannot be cursed

probably works, probably unintended and will be patched at some point
logically it makes sense

So are you slowing yourself down on purpose or what. Self curse builds have been a thing for 4 or 5 leagues now.
