will it be in the next couple days or when league resets? Trying to work out what build im going to go which is quite hard when im a noob and dont really know extensive things about different builds/

A day or two before the league launches on friday.
It should be easy to decide what you want to play if you're a new player. Just pick a skill you like.

bc its quite complex i was going to follow a guide which i hope some people will have up on their forums.

I made an arch halfway through this season and a cyclone which seemed to be fairly straight forward, im just not good at knowing whats going to be a good meta to play (ill experiment after the currency rush :))

cyclone can possibly be changed.

if you like a certain play style with a skill, go with that and hope it doesn't get nerfed to the ground come wednesday

Right. Just play whatever you want for 2 weeks. Let the pros play and figure out what ggg couldn't keep balanced and what will break the game so that becomes meta and someone will show you a budget version to get you started. Rinse and repeat every single league.
