i doubt it will see much nerfing i didnt find it to be gamebreakingly op like herald stacking
its strong but has some pretty hefty gear req to get into late game damage also come at a big cost of 10 lost gem sockets

stygian belt i crafted last league w life dext % attr and res was like a 15 ex craft bc i got hella unlucky
