So i know that POE has a rule that a macro can only be a 1:1 ratio, such that you can't have a key that spams all 5 flasks. But do they actively ban for this? Not sure if this is a rule that they take action on or not, as I team with lots of players who seemingly spam 12345 in chat constantly

macro with randomized offset between key presses ( 50 - 200 ms randomized ), win

on top of that : randomized order of the 5 used keys

never got problem with that, just some googling for randomizing in AHK and done the core of script

of course suspending the script when chatting ingame / trading ist a must lul

Flask macro's gonna get ya banned.

streamers have gotten banned for it when they forgot to turn it off while typing in chat

as "solo" player idk how you could ever get caught, especially if you randomize the delays

imagine your IQ is lower than 50 and thats not the reason why people are doing it
