Since it's often in White, that means it's crafted right ? But I can't find the recipe anywhere... How does it work ? Someone help?

Isn't this by slamming crusader orb or Hunter orb on it? I mean craft it like a bench craft or something, I'm not sure because I see cool down recovery in white a lot so I assume it's a craft not a weird exalt slam

I actually googled a lot, but couldn't find shit about crafting cooldown, I'll go Google what veiled modifiers is, thanks for the keyword.

You need to get it from a veiled drop off a syndicate member, you might have to get it twice to unlock it as a crafting option.

AH so that's how it works.... (getting it twice to permanently unlock as bench craft option)

any advice as to how i can make that happen quicker? or just keep trying to find jun?

Do Jun missions in your hide out, talk to her and give her a map, this will open the map with 3 syndicate encounters.
