ive got 19 of em. and i now it requires 4 stones in each region im doing that. i been running all maps in the same region and nothing happening

If you go 20 + maps with nothing change your hideout, not even joking.

ived been changing what sections i do after first sirus fight it takes more then 4-5 maps per section to activate boss

It does take a while to spawn the conqueror, influencing the area should not take long.

Edit: the more watchstones you have, the longer it takes for the conq to spawn.

It's bugged, run a white map tier of the area, do few packs, if no spawn do it again.
With white maps spam no need to kill boss....
/e this applies for 2nd and 3rd spawn, 1rst one still need to be done 'normally' but maybe running a white from time to time can unlock the thing, even make the dialog appearing.
Hideout voodoo: change to new hideout then change back, clean up the instance/portals.

run white/yellow/red map tiers depending on how many stones you need in any given area to spawn influence
then run white maps in that area of influence, until you see one of the conquerors spawn ads
leave the map and repeat until zana allows you to enter cathedral
repeat step 1
