I see if you go raider you can get some insane evasion for free basically..is it worth? Or maybe just convert it to armour?

imo evasion > armour. well that is if you pair it with acrobatics ofc. but i think armour in general is a lil sucky

to get a good evade chance you need about 100k for 90% ish. nice bonuses are qotf or if you go trickster, the ghost charges or whatever theyre called is reeeaally nice with high eva

In my Hardcore experience its the opposite. Armour > evasion. With low armour, one single hit in high tier maps can kill you, instead with high armour, you can tank them in case you get hit. So for my bow characters, I convert all evasion to armour with "Iron Reflexes" and then add lots of dodge attacks and spells (acrobatics passive nodes).

Ya that's what I was thinking too cuz I wont get hit besides the random shots and I'll have decent dodge aswell

Acrobatics has a 50% less armour penalty... you actually do this? Lol

Hint: you shouldn’t

I actually do, the armour I accumulate is good enough to be able to receive that 50% less armour penalty without affecting my character too much in exchange of more dodge. In one of my bow chars, I have average 60% damage reduction from the armour (after the 50% penalty) + high dodge (attacks and spells). So, I sacrifice half of my armour which drops the damage reduction to around 60% for extra massive dodge. The way I build my characters is to have different types of defensive layers.

One example: I would rather have 60% dodge attacks and spells, and around 60% damage reduction (I dont remember the exact armour amount number), than 70% damage reduction and 20% dodge attacks and spells. This is a half assed example with no exact numbers, just throwing numbers there to give an example of what I prefer.

Lol even with 10k evasion and some block and 40% dodge I feel 10x better than having just 6k life
