Add in wagered duels system so that people can't welch. Group duels also?

(Ex. each player will put up equal currency to a gambler npc and whoever wins the best of X duels gets the currency)

Rework skill gem systems/remove skill gem sockets from items (being done in poe 2.0)

Reduce loot/bad loot/screen clutter (being done for poe 2.0)

Is D2 pvp really good in today standards?

Anything that makes 6-player games possible, enjoyable, smooth (hiding skill effects etc).

new skilltree, new classes, new meta
but from I heard they are going to do that in 4.0.0. game just got stale for people like me who played since 2012, game needs a shake up.

That it never existed and D2 had continually been updated with new content.
