https://pastebin.com/8GbkDFnJ here i got bored, anoint Dirty Techniques, buy the 30% decel enchant base and craft a helm, the life is tad low but you should be offscreening things for clear. left everything open pretty much gear wise just the basics.

i love the mapping feel of spec throw but i cant stand having to swap to slower proj and stand ontop of the boss- really kills the playstyle, maybe as a cobra lash? similar play styles
