GGG ninjas things all the time for better or worse, its possible but I dont think theres an actual statement on it. They did adjust breach without putting it in the patch notes a few leagues ago, not the main nerf, but they buffed it slightly after that because no one was running it.

hard to tell. you're getting a lot more of them than you ever did because of legion. maybe they were always this good.

I found the first one Ive ever found outside of the putrid cloister the other day, was super excited

Got 1x The Gambler from it.... Stacked deck ---> card that when you have 5 ---> gives you a random card. So literally using the stacked deck just transformed it into a 1/5 as useful version of itself and did nothing

Fairly positive they haven’t changed, just more common now

They always had better chance at good cards than say a gambler set, but during previous leagues I'd maybe find 10 throughout all league. Now I get 10 in few hours.

Nothing useful from about 200 of them.

got house of mirrors, 2 doctors, fiend, nurse and a handful of ~100c cards from them

Yeah stacked are unlucky for me, I have 6 linked 11 items, found 19 exalts and about 10 starforge/disfavors so it's a good league just bad div cards.
