No regen maps are hilarious with zero mana cost cyclone and the most important: it allows to reserve all mana to get the flesh and stone linked with maim.
Finally the legion meta is like a triple dips for melee physical
- Auras with "more" dmg
- Impale & its effect
- Monsters take xx increased damage from sources like assassin mark, maim...

It's just broken: millions of DPS are possible with like 100 chaos of gear
