Think crit will be viable with cyclone this time round? Rock like a Loreweave or something for ngama’s?

ngama is bad crit base but you could go elemental overload with berserker.

I'm going to start as RT and then maybe as I get geared up enough move over to crit. I really want over leach so going crit you basically give that up and I don't want to.

You have to check if molten burst will get the 8% bonus from overhelm too
It's an attack but im not sure if it's "with weapon"... Because it's triggered.

old: 56%damage effectivniss*1.5more attack speed = 84%damage effectivniss per base weapon speed
new: 54%damage effectivniss*3 attack speed multiplier = 162%damage effectivniss per base weapon speed

thats almost double the damage, and double the aps





Every character's unarmed attack has a base attack speed of about 1.2 attacks per second (0.83 second attack time) and a base critical strike chance of 0%
a fast onehanded weapon base attack speed is 1.5aps (2.16aps when include local attack speed) thats 80%more attacks then unarmed


20to30physical damage from berserker Flawless savagery
56 to 85 physical damage in cyclone gem
??56 to 85?? physical damage in beserk gem
20to30 from random gear or jewel
=== a total of 152to230 unarmed base damage

Facebreaker makes that 191avg * 8 = 1528base unarmed damage


a mirrowed fast weapon gives (300avg weapon damage+191avg added damage)*1.8more attack speed=884 base armed damage with mirrowed gears



plz explains to me, why need weapon in new melee patch?

Cause one would kill himself after a few days of playing with (nearly) 0 range.

bleedsplosion with atziri's disfavour will probably be pretty opop

as well as voidforge seeing how melee gems are all getting flat phys per level as well now
