I want to be able to play any build without fps drops. Unfortunately I'm on a budget so looking for cheapest option. I already put my ps4 up for sale.
but that is how simple it is to build your own pc, so you should NEVER buy one from a "trusted" company.
no matter what there are some builds that will drop your fps, as several of them will even cause the servers to crash.
