which one and why?

which one do you think deals the most dps this league?

winter orb (nerfed but still strong), incinerate (buffed a lot this patch), scourge arrow (still a very good skill, es will be meta this league so gear for this will be dirt cheap)

all of those are good for start and dont require much to gear up to a map clearing level !
