My personal opinion:
I would make mirroring an item corrupt that item and bring back eternal orbs.
Make d2 style pvp outside of towns.

Put it back in beta

3 acts would be so damn good

oh oh and put in a word filter for the chat so you can filter out all the idiots posting breachstone runs in every chat channel.. since we can only ignore like 50 people before its full.

reducing the price of wings

Heavily nerf movement speed, add longer cooldowns to movement skills, reduce the ridiculous AOE on so many skills, remove stat sticks and ridiculous 7-8link items. Oh and also get rid of the stupid easy +projectile rolls

I'd also love some PvP but the damage output in this game is retarded and would be so hard to balance

Also I would remove retard Storm Brand skill
