with 20% CDR on belt

what is the ideal APS to have? have done some googling around and it seems most people say 3.9 APS is ideal and that more than that will cause the missed skill

anyone have any experience to confirm this?

Tldr.

200 FCR for FB sorc.

the good ol days
firebolt was more fun tho

3.9 is fine, but you can go higher with cdr.
I would try pick up another 10% and go up to 4.9 aps.
